March 25, 2026I find the place really enjoyable except it’s hard to talk with some of the office staff at times because they are kind of rude. Overall, it’s a very clean, tidy, and welcoming environment where I have made friends with neighbors.Property Manager Responded

February 12, 2026Living at the Hive has truly been one of the best parts of my college experience. From the moment I moved in, I felt a sense of comfort and community that made it feel like home right away. The atmosphere is welcoming, the spaces are modern and well maintained, and there’s always something happening that brings people together. I love how convenient everything is, whether it’s studying in the common areas, spending time with friends, or simply relaxing in my room after a long day. The Hive makes ...it easy to balance productivity and fun, which is exactly what I was hoping for in a living space. Beyond the amenities, it’s the people and the positive energy that make it special.
