Can’t view until you submit an application first.
June 30, 2024Simple emailed for a showing and the email I received back said “Once an application is turned in we can schedule a showing.” Now why would ANYONE pay to submit an application just to view a place?!? HUH??Property Manager Responded
July 16, 2024Hello, We require applications before scheduling showings for several reasons. There is a minimal application fee of $25.00. This helps us ensure that both you and we do not waste time. We have experienced numerous instances when showings were scheduled, but no one showed up. Therefore, our policy is now to prioritize applications. We have certain restrictions at some of our apartments. However, one application can be used for all 6 of our properties. We consider applications in the order they are submitted or, if requested on the application, place applicants on a waitlist for the next available apartment. Prior to scheduling a showing, we conduct a basic check including income, employment, and criminal record. If we decide to move forward, we will review the rest of the application. We apologize if you disagree with our process and understand if you choose not to rent from us. We wish you the best in finding another apartment. Thank you.
