The complex has tried several things, but are unable to get rid off the pest. The management team is awesome. August 14, 2020So far I have been here a year. It has not been without issues but for the most part it's reconciled. The maintenance guys are great. They try but sometimes I feel like things could be done better. The ladies in the office are sweet. I treat them with respect and likewise. During this Covid-19 they have been very informative. Sometimes the trash does overflow in the back and less parking is available around 7pm. Overall I recommend living here. They keep it clean as possible. The rent is ...reasonable. July 23, 2018Ask any resident what the worst part of Hollister Place is and they’ll answer: the parking. And management refuses to improve the parking. In fact, they made it worse! They recently removed all the curb side parking, which takes away around 30 parking spots. Now there is there literally not enough parking spots for all the residents.Review from Apartments.com
