Don’t waste your money
October 7, 2021They have changed property management companies twice since I have been here and each one cares about the tenets less and less. September 13, 2019if you care for your own safety and your car AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!! Management is useless rude and unprofessional. The crime rate has tripled in the 8 months I have lived here. Break-ins, stolen cars, all 4 tires of multiple vehicles and people getting shot at. Running away from this hell of a place as soon as my lease is up. Can't even trust my neighbors when packages are delivered to my place. DO NOT TRUST THE 5 STAR REVIEWS!!! Cheating resdent out of money.....
July 4, 2019I was told the leasing office will no longer be accepting money orders and checks and we would be charged $4 for paying our rent I went to Walmart And was told it's 2 dollar charge to make a payment but The payment would not go through when the cash added to extra $2 it did go through but she did not know why I had to pay the extra $2 so I realized the apartment is charging an extra $2 so you would pay $2 at Walmart plus another $2 which goes to the apartment cheating people out of money a lot ...of nickel and diming would not recommend this placeRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
DO NOT MOVE HERE
February 26, 2019Horrible apartments. I wish I had read the reviews before I moved in a MONTH ago. We have only been here a month and have already had so many bad experiences. The apartment itself is nice looking from the inside, but they are so poorly managed and the crime rate in this area is insane. You have to contact the front office DAILY to get any kind of maintenance request done, and even then it'll take them a minimum of a week. The office staff never answers the phone, they are extremely careless and ...forgetful and are always late to the office. Cars and apartments are always getting broken into. Instead of sending out "crime alert" emails, they should hire a security officer to roam the apartments, especially for what they charge for rent. You could find an apartment in a much safer area for the same price. I can not wait until my lease is over. Do not believe these 5 star reviews below.Property Manager Responded

July 3, 2017I wish we never moved in this place! Water was leaking in building 10 and they have not fixed it until we moved out. The gym is outdated and the pool is poorly maintained not to mention the trash pick up service is ridiculous people's trash stay outside their doors that may have cause the roaches infestation. My husbands car got towed and nobody notified us. I'm glad we are finally out in there but it's been two weeks since we moved out and they have not given us our deposit back..Review from Apartments.com
I still love here its my second year
September 13, 2016I think we are for what are we paying, I have a two rooms and I loved it , I know it's not the best area, but danger is everywhere I leave this whenever I found a house, but other way here is fabulose, the pool and the comun areas are always clean and nice! And they take care of the hole residence, if you want to go somewhere else and pay more it's ok, but danger is everywhere everybody's make their life more or less dangerous by themselves! January 7, 2016It's like a truckstop...trucks parked along the gate. Hookers here, there, and everywhere near them. The walls are thin, cell phone and internet reception is bad, The fitness is a bad, bad joke...with a bunch of useless, cheap machines that don't work properly. There are too many windows in these apartments; thus, robbers and criminals can enter real easy. Geez whiz, when is trash day!!! Trash all around the dumpster...Not a good choice... Not so great
December 28, 2015I've currently been living here for 2 years, while the property is beautiful and the grounds are kept, every few months we have a spike in crime, we are located in a bad area, bus stops at the corner of our lot, walls/ceiling are paper thin, you can hear your neighbor sneeze! 20 parking spots for visitors but residents who have multiple vehicles park there, gates are often broken. I only resigned my lease because I was in between jobs when my lease was up, so I couldn't go anywhere.Review from Apartments.com
