    So I tried to apply here a few years ago because my mom lives here and before the manager was horrible, never responded to calls and didn't care. These last few months I have been talking to the new manager Kolbi, and I am so happy she has taken over and it is under new ownership. Kolbi made me feel herd and has helped me get approved from my new home. My mom has been raving about how kind she how she lights up the complex. She has been working on improvements and just making sure her tenets are ...
