If you want to live somewhere that is secure, quiet and well-maintained, this is definitely a place worth looking in to. And even though rents are through the roof in Los Angeles, Hollywood Vista is more than reasonable, especially for what you get. The management is always on top of any maintenance issue, whether it is something unexpected or routine. Their philosophy seems to be opting for preventative maintenance rather than fixing something that falls into disrepair. The alarms, smoke ...
detectors, washing machines - even the trash chute gets regular maintenance, cleaning and updating. And if there is a problem such as a leaky faucet, broken appliance - whatever - they are right on it. If you're in the market for flashy, uber-expensive Hollywood diggs, this isn't the place for you. If you want a quiet place with good management, fair rent and safe underground parking, this is it.
I couldn't be any more happy living here for 2 years now. Their management, consideration, good neighbors and reasonable rent make this place a true diamond in the rough.
