A beautiful and unique environment with everything you could ever ask for

When I found this place, after looking at several other apartments and many others to go, I stopped looking. I knew this was where I wanted to be. I've lived in 7 apartments after leaving home in the 90s. A few of those were "luxury" apartments. My 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit here is better than all of them. And less expensive than all of the 2 br 2 ba units I've been in. The area is wonderful. A stone's throw from everything you could possibly need. The building is beautiful and well-kept. It's ...
quiet and pleasant. Everyone here is very nice. Parking is easy in the garage or outside. The environment around the building has to be seen to be believed. Go on Google Earth. The apartment manager, Jim, is really nice and made everything really easy. As long as I have my job nearby, I will be living here. I hope that's a very long time.

Great apartment and Management

You don’t have to be catholic to live here! There is a great mix of some retired adults, middle age families and younger couples. There’s plenty of parking for visitors and most people who live here are very friendly. Never had to worry about things getting stolen. I worked night shift for awhile and never had an issue getting enough sleep. There’s a nice walking trail around the perimeter of the property, ¼ mile track, workout room, basketball court, and heated parking.

Can't beat the location. Close to shopping, restaurants, and highway. The complex is away from hustle and bustle of traffic. There are so many extras for the rent you pay. There is a Church on property, basketball court, and small workout center that residents have access to. The apartment that I am in is very clean and has plenty of space for a 1 bedroom. When something does need fixed the property manager has taken care of it right away. Residents are very friendly. I have never been in ...
