March 27, 2026We have lived in the Hartness community for three years and we absolutely love it. We love our cottage home and how well Maintainance takes care of it. We love the grounds and appreciate the hard work that the landscaping crew dedicate each and every week to make it look so beautiful. We love the lakes and the trees and the wonderful pecan orchard. We love the trails and the access to the nature reserve with the river running through it. In spring and summer, we enjoy cooking out and relaxing ...with our family around the pool, which is such a gorgeous location at the center of the community. Our family takes advantage of the incredible workout center over overlooking the lake. All of us use it on a regular basis and find out one of the best gyms we have ever worked out in. We met more neighbors in the first three days than we met in two years at our previous home. Everyone has been friendly and welcoming. The neighborhood is also VERY DOG FRIENDLY. There are waste stations throughout the neighborhood. Concierge trash?? Yes, please. Your trash is picked up at your back door Sunday thru Thursday evenings.
