We met more neighbors in the first three days than we met in two years at our previous home. Everyone has been friendly and welcoming. The neighborhood is also VERY DOG FRIENDLY. There are waste stations throughout the neighborhood. Concierge trash?? Yes, please. Your trash is picked up at your back door Sunday thru Thursday evenings.
