April 16, 2026I have lived here since Nov. 2025. I am up on the 21st floor with a city view. I am in love with it. Maintenance has been prompt and professional on my service request. Leasing office has communicated when if there is ever an issue. I've noticed security walking the premises and garage at nighttime. Have no issues with the mail room on deliveries. Everyone seems to mind their own business and my hallmate neighbor has been kind and respectful.Property Manager Responded

February 4, 2026So far, my overall experience at this apartment complex has been mostly positive. The apartment itself is nice, and everything generally seems to be in good condition. There are a couple of minor issues, specifically with the shower and the oven, but nothing major so far. Unfortunately, the biggest downside has been the customer service from the leasing office. Communication has been extremely poor. It has been difficult to get clear answers to questions, phone calls often go unanswered, and ...when contact is made, the assistance provided is limited and unhelpful. The lack of responsiveness and follow-through has been frustrating and disappointing, especially when trying to resolve basic concerns. Overall, the living space itself has potential and is fairly comfortable, but the customer service experience significantly impacts the overall impression. With improved communication and more attentive service from the leasing office staff, this could be a much better experience.Property Manager Responded

January 22, 2026Very Nice and smoothly recently moved into this apartment community and so far everything has been going very smoothly. The staff was welcoming during the move-in process, the place is clean, and the environment feels quiet and comfortable.
