Great location great residents but w/ headaches.
- Lake access great. But no deck, furniture and unsafe ladders.
- constant construction spring to fall
- Units are frigid in fall - winter
- Not Safe, building doors don’t latch/lock, unit doors not secure
- maintenance, responsive, but limited abilities
- parking abysmal
