February 24, 2025Overall good experience living here. It's pretty safe except for some homeless people who frequent the area because of the cemeteries. There can be some issues with noise from other units because the walls aren't insulated that well, but I am overall happy because it's a smaller community so it has a better feel than the larger ones so you're able to get to know more of your neighbors and recognize more people.Property Manager Responded

November 1, 2024The phone service throughout the building is shoddy and they've done nothing to fix it. Wifi doesn't work in all common areas like other complexes in the neighborhood. They ask for feedback, but don't make improvements.Property Manager Responded
