June 27, 2024We rented a spacious and bright two-bedroom apartment for seven years. It is a well-maintained and managed community. The maintenance team for their fast responses and efficient service. Any issues we encountered were resolved promptly. Good care taken of the lawn and common areas. great downtown location! special thanks to Camillo, our rent manager. Camillo has been very helpful, always going above and beyond to assist us whenever needed. Professional and dedicated. As a minus - ussies with an ...elevator in our building. Never been in gym. it’s not worth it
January 9, 2024These photos are so misleading. Unless you are lucky to get one of the FEW newly “renovated”apartments and even then…be prepared for broken elevators, trash overflowing on the sidewalks and being left in the lobbies and hallways, HORRIBLE management, not being able to get your packages unless you’re lucky to catch the office open, unanswered phone calls and emails, disgusting and broken laundry machines, and a “gym” that looks trashed and smells gross. The price for the square footage looks good ...but it is absolutely not worth it.Property Manager Responded

roaches
August 14, 2023Perhaps if you find the perfect apartment on the very top floor of any of the buildings AND love to use the stairs to get to that apartment, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, don’t rent here. Roaches on the lower floors EVERYWHERE because neighbors don’t keep their apartments clean. Elevator never working, constant 2-3 day shut downs for maintenance.Property Manager Responded
