The rooms were much smaller than expected. They have no photos of them online. Little 10x10 jail cells. Kinda dirty, when walking around in socks or barefooted you end up with black socks or feet. Mattress not very comfortable and set up of room not optimal.

I enjoy the community and all of the opportunities. I really like the study rooms and the fitness center in the building. The location is so close to campus which is great. The staff is always super helpful and friendly.

Honestly a great experience! Nice amenities and proximity to campus, great people. I like how we were given multiple catering events and other fun events to win things! Also the communication was on point regardless of any issues or problems that were occurring. A tad but expensive, besides that great!

Walls are thinner than paper. The most expensive rent in the are and the smallest living space available. they show you a completely different layout than what you actually are getting. The rent amount is not worth it at all for what you are actually getting. The utilities are absurd and not billed as how stated on lease. Not able to relet so a waste of money if you aren't living there for the summer too. Only giving a one star for the convenience walk to campus.

Location is great, and it offers some good amenities. But maintenance is far below expectations. Just this semester the wifi on two floors was out twice, one of those outages lasted for over a week. My air conditioning unit has broken twice, and the first time it broke they told me to just "open my windows," it was broken for about a week before anyone took me seriously. It's since broken again, and there is still no word on when anyone will even attempt to fix it. The office has extremely ...
