Keep Looking but not HERE!

With this new management most of its long term residents are moving out. Now management want the occupants to have a $100,000 renters insurance. Courtesy patrol consist of calling 911 at Garland PD and waiting 30 minutes. Some residents allow their dogs to Poop & Pee in the common areas. Watch your step! Also, some allow their dog off leash! Finally, there is a 25lb pet limit. I ask what limit? It is not enforced. As of March 20, management is offering $300 referral award to entice ...

new residents,sounds DESPERATE! Finally, what business center, what BBQ area, what views,what pet interview..WHAT WHAT WHAT What Keep Loooking I tell you !! Ask how many times the Garland PD had to respond to incidents, domestic,thefts etc.

Maintenance is terrible

I moves in a few months ago. My entire apt is leaning (I'm on the 3rd floor.) Roof leaks and when I've put in an order multiple times they come in and paint over the mold. Seriously?! My ceiling fan in the living room doesn't work and there are wiring issues all over. Looks nice but it's falling apart.

I moved in a few months ago and it seems like these people are really trying to turn this place around. If I would of came here a year ago I would of moved in, but now its different. My friends are actually surprised when they see my apartment because we used to have some buddies live here years ago. Its so much better now and so much cheaper than the other places around here. Its off 30 so its easy for me to go to work. The people in the office are nice too. I recommend it. I give it two thumbs ...
