The apartment in which I stayed was nice. The staff was helpful and friendly. I didn't like that people smoked in the apartment, rather than going outside, but it wasn't a deal breaker as long as the smell didn't get into my clothes. This was a nice place to live, and I'd like to return.

I’ve lived here for 6 years and the apartments are crap. They have rats, roaches, and yellow water. I would not recommend these apartments to anybody. They’re really old and every apartment has black mold. The maintenance here do not fix anything, half of the time they make things worse. These apartments are overpriced compared to the quality of the apartment.

Well when I viewed the apartments I was impressed but it need a face lift. I ask them to change some things before I move in and they added and extra $30 to my rent. They have several properties soon are better then the others. I had to complain to get things fix that was my biggest problem. Oh I almost forgot the maintenance man will just walk in your apartment. They do not knock. Its a family business I think because I see the wife husband their daughter working in the office. The wife is nice ...

nasty yes nice nasty if I can do business without her in the deal I would love to do so. I dread talking to her if I could turn her in for the way she treat her tenets I would. All in all please DO NOT BE LATE ON YOUR RENT! She will give you a 3 day notice so fast.

I have been a resident of Hunter Oaks for a little over 6 years now. The staff have always been both courteous and friendly to me. They have a no loitering policy that makes me feel safe and cuts down on unnecessary disruptive noises. I searched numerous apartments in the area before deciding to live here, the location, price and pride that the management showed for the property was my deciding factor.

Where do I start? We have cracked ceiling lights, cracked door frames, rusted fridge, front door won't stay shut unless locked, random wall plugs that don't work, leak under the bathroom sink that ruined all the toilet paper and produced mold, our AC has gone out 3 times now, toilet broke the first time it was used, squeaky floor is loud enough to wake the neighbors in all upstairs rooms, garbage man usually gets into a fight with the dumpsters around 4-5am on Monday mornings, and a paint job ...

that looks like the painters had never touched a paintbrush before (we're paying EXTRA $30/month for this). ATTENTION: all shipped packages bigger than an a brick (the size of your mailbox) will be dropped off on the sidewalk closest to your door because management doesn't want to be responsible for holding it for you. This would almost be acceptable if rent was half and the office staff wasn't so completely frustrating to deal with.
