PLEASE do your research on this place and the company that owns it before you sign anything. A simple google search of “The Connor Group” will tell you everything you need to know about them and their disgusting practices. The five star reviews here are either from staff themselves or from people who the staff harassed to make a review BEFORE they ever moved in. If you move here prepare to pay $300-500 more than the rent you agreed upon because they will nickel and dime you with fees. Not only ...

do you have to pay for your own utilities, but you’re also charged for “community” utilities which they don’t tell you about initially. On top of that the fee just to apply is absolutely insane. Don’t make the same mistake that my family did and stay as far away from these people as possible.

I see why this company paints the apartments those bright colors - they hope to distract you from the actual apartment. The lady who showed the apartment was nice enough but the apartment was so dark and don't let the pictures fool you they are fully carpeted. Everything was brown and dated. They just asking too much for something this old

Headline says it all. Do your research on this place, look at apartment rating websites other than just this one. Utilities are ~$250/month, includes personal and common, and mandatory internet/cable bundle is $130/month. Maintenance does not respond quickly (or sometimes ever) to requests. I've lived here for three months now and have called/walked in to the office to get my gutter fixed a half dozen times (which I put in a maintenance order for as soon as I got in) and it still isn't fixed. ...

Oh, and they switched the addresses on the unit they showed us and the one they put on the lease without telling us. Check out other review sites and they will say the same things. Do your research, it seems like the only thing Hunters Chase values about you and your family is your wallet.

During the 3 years I lived here, the only "luxury" part of these apartments was the rental cost. The amenities are outdated, and the hallways smell funky. The units themselves share vents, and if your neighbor is a smoker then you'll be sharing that as well. The office personnel is always different, and maintenance is flaky at best. My advice is to stay far away from these apartments, or any property owned by the Connor Group.

Apartment amenities and the balcony are the only positives of this place. Within the first month of living here I had severe water damage on my ceiling and even after multiple service calls, water stains were never addressed until my annual "check in". Things seem to just not be assembled properly, water leaking in bathroom upon moving in. Recently had the laundry room door fall on me just simply due to loose hinges. Then they have a rent hike of $120. Spoke with other neighbors and they have ...

experienced similar issues, one having their light fall from the ceiling (also from water damage) in laundry room. Service and response were adequate, but absolutely not worth what you pay.

I recently moved into Hunters Chase and absolutely just love this place. Jamie has been nothing but wonderful, and Meredith is exceptional as well. They are both so friendly and are always willing to do anything to help. I am just amazed at how quiet the complex is, no matter what time of day or night. I would highly recommend living here.
