Clean, Quiet and Safe
November 13, 2021I have lived at Hunters Creek for Four years and am very happy. The apartments are spacious for the price and well laid out with good closet space. The complex is quiet with plenty of green space and is very safe with only two entrances. The rest is all fenced. I feel comfortable walking my dog even in the early morning or late evening. The maintenance team is responsive and takes good care of the property.Property Manager Responded

Wonderful!!
September 24, 2021Honestly I am still living here and love it. Nice quite community! Granted the playground could be a little better for our kiddos but, we make do since the park is just right around the corner. Maintenance staff is awesome!! Roaches
May 30, 2020Yes, roaches. Our apartment was infested for 6 months until we moved out. We called the office and reported it many times, they'd send someone out to spray, but we'd have bugs again in 2 weeks or less. That's the worst in a long list of issues. Honestly, if you can afford a better place, go for it. This isn't worth your money.Review from Apartments.com
Not worth the rent
July 24, 2019My apartment has been infested with brown recluse spiders since we moved in, when we moved in the shower head didn’t work and they said they’d get right on that, 4 months later we fixed it ourselves, it’s currently 8 am and they’re having somebody hammering our roof with absolutely no degree of subtlety or self awareness. oh yeah and the “pest control” is them spraying some kind of substance on your walls then running out the door before you can ask them if they can fix your broken sink or fix ...your smoke detector like the notice says they’re going to. They refuse to clean any of the spiders in the hallway and my and my significant other have been bitten a few times already, luckily by nothing poisonous. Oh yeah and did I mention the water damage in the ceilings? I live on the second floor which is probably what they’re hammering the roof about but, it’s fantastic that they waiting until someone moved in and started noticing the HUGE brown and yellow water damage in both bedrooms to start fixing it.
