August 29, 2024Absolutely horrendous experience at Hunters Pointe Apartment. From the moment I moved in, I was met with nothing but problems. The apartment complex is infested with cockroaches — they’re everywhere, crawling around the property and making it impossible to live comfortably. The overall cleanliness of the complex is abysmal; trash is often left around, and it’s clear that maintenance is non-existent. The neighborhood is rough, and it feels unsafe, with constant noise and questionable activity ...around the complex. But the worst part? The staff. They are not only unhelpful but downright disrespectful. Any issues you report are met with indifference, and don’t expect any prompt solutions. They seem to have no regard for tenant concerns. To top it all off, if you’re thinking about moving out, be prepared for a nightmare with your security deposit. You will not receive it on time, and getting any kind of resolution is nearly impossible. Save yourself the trouble and stay far away from Hunters Pointe Apartment. It’s a miserable place with awful management and an infestation problem that you don’t want to deal with.Property Manager Responded
