In other words - no property management company! We pride ourselves on customer service and satisfaction. If a Resident has a problem, we address it; if a Resident has a maintenance issue, we fix it. We've also eliminated all pass throughs for utilities! While the owners don't live full-time in Richland, they are on site frequently and are very involved in providing an enjoyable lifestyle for our Residents as well as a pleasant work environment for our outstanding staff members. During their visits, the owners make themselves available to Residents to address any issues or concerns or just to say hi. Like other apartment complexes, we have rules and regulations in place that make multifamily living enjoyable. However, unlike many other apartment complexes, we actually enforce our rules and regulations making our community a quieter and more comfortable place to live.
