We scheduled a tour online and they told us that that dont give tours after 4:30. It let us schedule for 5:00 on their website. We got here at 4:45 and they were not flexible at all.

This place was awful. They overcharge ridiculous fees when moving out even if the place was already damaged before moving in. They rented two places out from under me after taking my deposit and almost left me and my kids homeless. The apartment was terribly water damaged and poorly maintained when we moved in and maintenance often just wouldn’t show up to fix things after requests were made. I ended up getting charged for things I couldn’t get maintenance to come fix. Theft is a huge problem and ...
they won’t install security of any sort. Walls are paper thin and we had black mold in our bathroom. Don’t move here.

We just moved in a few months ago. It was amazing for the first month. They did everything we asked helped us quickly and efficiently.
Since then our AC has stopped working and has caused our Power bill to more than double. It went form $80 to $220 because the AC cannot cool the house and when I reported it to the staff they have told me it cannot be fixed because the unit is not large enough to cool the house. I find this to be complete BS as the house was cooled for a full month when it was ...
hotter out then it is now.
They also have not fixed a single thing on our list of things that needed doing from the move in. We still are missing multiple screens for the windows (Only making the AC situation worse since we can't open them or bugs will get int the house)
We are still missing a door to our laundry room.
Our blinds were put up with tape and have fallen off on their own accord since we moved in.
I have asked for a call back from the property manager and never once received one.
I was going to have a ton of my friends move in after the first month and now basically will tell them for the rest of my life how terrible this place is and how they lie and don't follow through with things.

I have lived at Hunterswoods apartments now for over TEN YEARS! I love it here! My 2 bd 1 ba is over 1,100 sq feet. We have a huge main balcony, and in my Master bedroom I have my own private patio. They are pet friendly, washer/dryer hookups- and they are remodeling units all over! It's surrounded by luscious shade trees, near the Jordan river, and the Trail walkway. It's quiet. But only 10 min from our great downtown!!! You'll love it here!

Hunters Woods apartments are in decent shape and very spacious. I like the diversity of residents and that people spend a lot of time outside. It feels like a true neighborhood.
Management accepts packages in the front office and is nice at least to your face. However, I've had difficulty getting them to fulfill a whole slew of work orders that have been standing since day one of my lease. It seems to be a smoke-and-mirrors thing since they will tell me "Maintenance came by and everything is ...
fixed" and yet I return home and 100% of the stuff I've asked them to do remains undone. Then they seem surprised when I email the next day (followed by the next week, and then the next week after that, etc.) to inform them stuff hasn't been completed. It's not a matter of miscommunication. I've given them many, many opportunities to communicate clearly with me and they continue to either lie to me or just be extremely lazy about getting on the same page with the maintenance team.
They also refused to deduct charges from my rent payment for taking longer than the promised 30 days to fulfill work orders remaining from the move-in inspection sheet. If the tables were turned, they'd have flagged my credit report and be charging me daily fines, no matter the reason for the delay. But they know they can get away with not keeping their word unless I/other tenants actually get lawyers. I'm still considering it.
