November 22, 2020My husband and I have lived here for 8 months and we love it. The staff is friendly and helpful. The complex is quiet and well-cared for. Our in only complaint is how many tenants don’t pick up their dog’s poop!Review from Apartments.com
Not sure what other people’s problems were...
April 1, 2020But I have had nothing but great things to say about this place. The staff has always been nice to me, never had one person be rude or snobby. I don’t ever need anything or cause problems though. The one time I was late on signing my lease, they worked with me no problem at all. Always felt safe here, the two times my car got “broken” into was my fault (I left it unlocked). Biggest one bedroom in the area with lots of closet space, and also the most reasonably priced in any area I looked. Close ...to Safeway, Walmart, and Costco. January 29, 2019The manager is not nice at all and just in general this apartment experience was by far terrible for me I do not recommend this for any family or family had to put up with the management that was extremely rude the maintenance was the only cool thing they were on time but overall they will skyrocket your rent and before you know it you will be paying $200 more than what you originally started with definitely . Absolutely terrible
January 19, 2019Terrible management too many smokers ventilation of the walls are absolutely terrible can I just say that management is terrible the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had definitely do not recommend this place to anyone and they will overcharge you a couple of months and so do not expect to pay what you’re starting with they will bump you a rent to buy a couple of hundred dollars once again this is the worst apartment complex you can move intoReview from Apartments.com
