Any time we have the slightest issue and call management, maintenance is out the very next day and has it fixed. We had a leaky faucet when we first moved it that was immediately resolved and our AC recently went out, which was also handled immediately. Kristy, the apartment manager, is very sweet and personable. The complex itself is very well kept and up to date. The residents are all very quiet and respectful. There are many seniors that live here, which in my opinion is great because ...

there aren't a lot of young people partying and causing disturbances. The apartment unit where I live has big beautiful windows, ceiling fans and overhead lighting in every room (which can be hard to come by in apartments), and the kitchen appliances are up to date as well. The washer/dryer hook ups are a plus. Not to mention the neighborhood itself is very safe and welcoming. I am very happy here and don't plan to leave unless we move into a house. The complex couldn't be better.
