Do not move here
January 14, 2026I have lived here for almost two years. It was a great place until a few months ago. Rats are running around the neighborhood, usually because the trash is overflowing. It is very noisy. People do not pick up after their pets. Dog waste everywhere. And to top it off, there is a resident who walks the neighborhood yelling and pacing. I do not feel safe anymore. I’m not sure what she is capable of. Found her on my front porch once and standing by my driveway.Property Manager Responded

January 4, 2026I moved in 8/30/2025 and I’ve met neighbors that are super friendly. The neighborhood feels safe when I go for walks in the morning and evening and people I pass on the sidewalk and parks also smile and return my “hello’s”.
