August 4, 2024The management is trash, they ignore you. They don’t do anything, plus they get new management every month literally. I’ve been here since last October & I’ve been complaining abt the same things & it has yet to be fixed. There’s roaches , rats , spiders & raccoons everywhere. They tow your car for no reason. Maintenance will say they fixed everything but nothing will get fixed literally. They wanna go up on rent randomly but won’t fix anything that needs to be fixed. You hear gun shots & people ...fighting all night long. Definitely wouldn’t recommend here.Property Manager Responded

MAINTENANCE SUCKS
June 16, 2022You need to call and go to the office to make a work order 10 times before they actually come and fix the apartment issue! Asked for a new appliance and they gave me one full of roaches! April 2, 2019I have been living here for 4 months now and the ENTIRE time I have been a resident my refrigerator is not working. I have spoken to several staff members and made 3 at least maintenance requests however the problem continues. To make matters worse I have had to eat out and consistently loose money without even being offered reimbursement. Beware/NO Stars
February 6, 2019I rented an apartment there for 2 years. It was the worst I mean the worst rental experience I had ever had in life and I've been on my own for the last 30 years. First the apartment was full of problems such as plumbing, shootings, heavy police presence regularly and the worst thing ever is the MICE infestation that was taken lightly. I killed at least 10 before pest control put sticky traps down. Maint requests ignored and half completed. The same issues that was supposed to be worked on half ...done which resulted in multiple call backs. Appliances had to be replaced a few times before it was right. The rent does not compliment the environment. The water bill was represented as a $6.00 dollar bill but no the water is divided between the units in the building and sewage, waste and trash raised the bill. So on top of a $60.00 something dollar water bill add $15.00 for sewage/trash and a fee for the pest control that didn't work. So you come to owing a $85.00 or more(u do the math) on top of rent every month. I hurried to move as soon as I could and good riddance. Don’t just don’t!
October 23, 2017The place is trashed by a lot of people who live here. The kids have destroyed the park that was put in and many of the lights have been out for months. When you report these things to try and be a good tenant you are blown off. People sit in the barbecue area smoking pot. I’ve been woken up many times by people firing guns up in the air. It takes forever to get things repaired properly. So unless you have no other choice just avoid!!!Review from Apartments.com

September 25, 2016This place only care about the money they don't fix anything it's roaches and fleas in the apartments because everybody have dogs in here and they let their dog run loose barking running and crapping all over the place and I'm tired of the dogs running behind my kids when they walking to and from the bus stop.
