I have been living here for more than 5 years. But they have raised the rent so high since last year. The maintenance is prolonged and without response. The swimming pool has been closed for 2 years. Before that, they had opened it only for a month, after that there is no cleaning and the water is stale and dirty.

While we understand the unfavorable response to rental increases, keeping our costs consistent with similar communities in our area allows us to maintain and upgrade the condition of our apartments. We've recently modernized our homes with new in-home amenities such as wood-style flooring in select units, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. We understand your frustrations regarding the swimming pool. Our pool was closed due to COVID in 2020 and was undergoing construction in 2021. Our goal is to open for the summer season this year once the city utility department ...

It is too expensive and charging for no reason. They just ignore your request for maintenance I have been waiting for half of a year for a simple request. It is full of roaches and mold!
