Rent too high
May 23, 2022I have been living here for more than 5 years. But they have raised the rent so high since last year. The maintenance is prolonged and without response. The swimming pool has been closed for 2 years. Before that, they had opened it only for a month, after that there is no cleaning and the water is stale and dirty.Property Manager Responded

Our goal is to provide comfortable homes, swift service, and enjoyable amenities, and we apologize if you believe we've fallen short. Our team is sorry for any delay you've experienced with maintenance service. The crew is diligently responding to requests and working to address emergency and non-emergency work orders. While we understand the unfavorable response to rental increases, keeping our costs consistent with similar communities in our area allows us to maintain and upgrade the condition of our apartments. We've recently modernized our homes with new in-home amenities such as wood-style flooring in select units, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. We understand your frustrations regarding the swimming pool. Our pool was closed due to COVID in 2020 and was undergoing construction in 2021. Our goal is to open for the summer season this year once the city utility department ...restores power to the clubhouse. We will provide an update to our community shortly. Do not come here based on the pictures!
