I just love my apartment! The units are spacey, clean and updated. They have a nice park and I even have good neighbors! The property management company has been great! They are super responsive and take care of all of our maintenance issues quickly unlike most places where you are lucky if they come to fix anything at all. I would highly recommend waters edge at Tuttle hill if you are looking for an enjoyable apartment in Ypsi!

This place is under new management and the units are very nice and completely remodeled inside. When we called for service they were out quickly and were very friendly. We love it here.
