Apartments are not as big as they say

My daughter and son in law live here. Apts are not 936 sq ft. Not even close. Apt is 34 ft x 24 ft which equals 816 sq ft.Suppose to be a secured building but doors always propped open. The manager parks on the lawn when here, and lets others do the same. Also doesn't enforce parking in assigned spot and extra car goes on the street.
