Especially in midnight you may need to get down and search for a valet. -Some mysterious “VIP” people park their car and take their keys themselves instead of waiting like the others. -Overall, the valet company is very bad especially if you face a problem. Inside the apartment -Silverfish bugs! We saw some entering from the hallway and there is no way to get rid of them, we disinfected the apartment couple of times, but they come back from the hallway and we suspect the air vents. -The air vents are abnormally dusty. Apartments get dusty so quickly. -Water pressure is extremely low. -Neighbors throw things out the window. -Very low-quality materials. The wall paint easily gets stained and same thing for the marble looking stones they used in the apartments. -Doorknobs are very low quality and they come out. -Frequent problems with A/C. -Frequent false alarms; even on Sunday mornings! Somebody yelling from the speakers that this was a false alarm. Other -Only 4 elevators you will wait 10 minutes to go up or down everyday especially if you are on the higher floors. Some are out of order frequently. You can be late to your job. -You can only get your packages between certain days and hours. Even if you are in the time frame you won’t get your package if it’s close to the end time. You will have to walk through the building garbage room to get your packages. -You pay outrageous monthly fees and you get no maintenance service and rude security and rude valet drivers. Board of directors don’t care about your problems. It is definitely not as good as it seems from outside...
