April 2, 2026The grounds are somewhat clean, they should spend a lil more time investigating pet owners not cleaning up after their pets. Also, the pool has been under maintenance since I moved in and the hot tub has not been in good working condition either.Property Manager Responded
April 9, 2026Hello, Thank you for your feedback! We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns. Our team is continuously implementing new ways to keep the community clean. We have a dedicated janitorial team that maintains the building, as well as a porter who services the grounds daily. We also recently sent out a reminder regarding pet waste, asking residents to help by cleaning up after their pets. We hope this communication makes a positive impact. In addition, our porter checks the grounds each day and addresses any pet waste found. Regarding the pool, as the new management team, I can't speak to prior maintenance issues. However, we will be closely monitoring its condition as we approach the summer season. The hot tub is currently open and in working order. They just want your money

Always something broken!!!
August 28, 2023The Gates & Garage doors are always broken there4 homeless people are always seeking shelter to use their drugs in the stairwell & parking garage. The hot tub has been broke all summer still waiting for it to be fixed. The homeless sleep in the stairwells & garage. You’ll find burnt tinfoil with heroine on it as well as used syringes.Property Manager Responded

Don't rent if you value your safety!
October 1, 2022Property management is more concerned with leaving the gates open at night for the tow company to enter than they are keeping the place safe. Don't be surprised to find homeless men sleeping in the stairwell or the garbage dumpster. There is not enough parking for the number of residents so you may have to park on Redwood Rd.
