I want to thank Mike for all his help on August 9th. Mike initially responded to a maintenance request for my garbage disposal which was not working. It was determined that the garbage disposal as well as my dishwasher needed to be replaced as they could not be repaired. Mike expedited the replacement of both during his visit!! I’ve really enjoyed living here! The office staff is always friendly and easy to work with, and the maintenance team is quick to respond whenever something comes up. The community is clean, well-kept, and feels like a place people actually care about. The location is great, and it’s been a comfortable, quiet place to call home. Overall, it’s been a positive experience, and I’d definitely recommend checking it out if you’re looking for an apartment.

I moved in in June and my leasing agent Tyler was phenomenal. He made the move in so easy (after a 19 hour drive!) All the employees have been amazing, they are lightning fast to fix anything, and the pool has made summer fantastic! Definitely check it out. Nice and quiet, lots of walking areas, and it's kept up beautifully.

I lived here for 14 months and am now thankfully gone. I can't recommend. I have lived in probably 2 dozen rentals or more in my life. Houses, condos, apartments, etc. This was my least desirable place that I have ever rented from and I would not go back, or to any of their affiliates if the opportunity arose. I highly suggest looking elsewhere.

My family and I have been living in these apartments for a little over a year now. Last summer they only had one pool open due to renovation. We were not upset about it cause we knew this summer both of the pools should be open. Well now they only have one pool open yet again and they closed them both right before Memorial Day. You pay a lot of money for these apartments to be able to use the amenities and we have not been able to use them much so far this year. Another issue is people let ...
their kids run wild by themselves (the apartment should not be letting this happen), only 1 grill out of 4 are working and now both of the pools and the gyms are closed. The gym is closed due to vandalism by kids who were not being supervised. This is becoming an ongoing issue and had we known it was going to be this bad we would not have signed another lease here. Though we’re really happy to hear you like living at IMT Cool Springs, we’re saddened to find out that we let you down in other aspects, and for this we apologize. Occasionally our amenities will require service and/or repairs and we are so sorry for any inconvenience when this occurs. As we discussed today, both pools should be in working order by tomorrow and the grills at the West property are both in working condition. We received an update today regarding our vandalized fitness center and feel it will be safe to open in the next couple of days. As a reminder, should you witness anyone in violation of the community rules during business hours please call Resident Services so that we can address the issue as it is happening. We recently moved from out of town and feel trapped. First thing we noticed when we first moved in was that the unit hardly resembled the one we toured. We figured, "alright, whatever," and just moved on from it. However, we immediately found ourselves cleaning the place and scrubbing black from the floors ourselves since the unit clearly had not been cleaned since the previous resident vacated. We noticed that the shelves in the closets were concaved, the fan in the bathroom wasn't working, ...
and other minor things that we decided to shrug off. When we first arrived, we were given tattered keycards, but we were told we could replace them during the week since we moved in on a weekend. When we called resident services to work that out, the lady was very rude and told us she wouldn't do it. Another thing we decided to just let go. Something we didn't expect was all the loitering and children playing in the parking lots. We understand that you can't really tell kids to not be kids, but it's similar with adults. More of an inconvenience, we aren't super sour about it. However, because there are so many kids, we always hear screaming and pounding from inside our apartment. There is no such thing as a quiet night at home, and we're a young recently married couple.
