STOLEN PACKAGES FROM FRONT DOOR

I've had MULTIPLE packages stolen from my front door. When contacting the front office about this issue they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I had a package delivered while I was at work and called to ask the front office if they could retrieve the package for me until I got off work. They told me absolutely not and that they were not liable for my stolen packages. It appears they do not care about their residents at all. If you move here be prepared to not receive any packages.

The fabulous team, Imaria, Janna & Ray remembered that I was interested in upgrading my unit (to a higher floor) & found one that has exceeded my expectations! Worst management and poorest construction I have ever lived in!

The management company changed during my lease period to one that nickels and dimes its residents with no explanation. They make false promises on the front end and I look forward to moving to a new property. I have rented at over 8 properties in a variety of states with many different hospitality experiences and this was one of the worst. I could get over the flooding, running toilets, and broken cabinets if the staff knew proper hospitality practices. Do your homework and look at the place ...
