STOLEN PACKAGES FROM FRONT DOOR
March 22, 2024I've had MULTIPLE packages stolen from my front door. When contacting the front office about this issue they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I had a package delivered while I was at work and called to ask the front office if they could retrieve the package for me until I got off work. They told me absolutely not and that they were not liable for my stolen packages. It appears they do not care about their residents at all. The fabulous team, Imaria, Janna & Ray remembered that I was interested in upgrading my unit (to a higher floor) & found one that has exceeded my expectations! They are the reason I choose to stay - I feel supported here as a resident & they go to extreme efforts to make IMT-FG a real community. Worst management and poorest construction I have ever lived in!
June 26, 2019The management company changed during my lease period to one that nickels and dimes its residents with no explanation. They make false promises on the front end and I look forward to moving to a new property. I have rented at over 8 properties in a variety of states with many different hospitality experiences and this was one of the worst. I could get over the flooding, running toilets, and broken cabinets if the staff knew proper hospitality practices. Do your homework and look at the place ...thoroughly before signing a lease.Property Manager Responded

PERFECT place to live!
September 14, 2018This community is so pretty and in a perfect location! Our home is perfect with great appliances! Do not be fooled by any bad reviews. We have been here for almost 4 years and have had zero issues! The staff is always very responsive and will go beyond to help. Never been happier living here. Think twice about renting here!!!
August 21, 2016Things start out fine, but there are underlying issues. For instance, my car was broken into after which I contacted the office (no one on site over the weekend unless an "emergency"),who told me to contact the local police department which I had done. When my neighbor's car was also vandalized, I called the office again. While I was told my reports would be passed on to management, NO ONE RESPONDED. When I reported that fast food bags, etc., were constantly left on the sidewalk in front of ...my apartment, NO ONE RESPONDED. When I informed the office staff that I needed a couple of months as the home I was moving into was not ready, I WAS INFORMED the rent would be increased, not once but twice; and, they charged me $ 15 for a broken slat on a blind. Rats!
June 24, 2016In my building, there's a big rat that runs around at night in the ceiling. Entry card into the building did not work for the first two weeks. Also, watch out for all the extra $$$ charges that magically appear on the bill, but were not include in the original quote. Ha! November 27, 2015If I could give them less than one star I would! They don't even deserve it! The management is nice until you sign a lease and then they become rude and unresponsive. They make promises that they don't keep and ignore your requests.
