Generally okay, but water issues is the deal breaker
November 28, 2021I’ve been living year for more than two years now. Although this apartment is generally okay.. the biggest problem is the constants water pump problems that the apartment faces. I would say once every two weeks our apartment runs out of water. This has been frustrating for the past year and a half now. Whenever I’ve called maintenance to fix this issue, they just give me a blanket statement saying that the apartment complex has always had water pump issues.. this is not a solution.. the ...apartment complex needs to fix this matter as soon as possible rather than just saying “oh this is always been an issue and we can’t resolve it” if they can’t resolve it, then at the very least they should provide partial rent refunds to its tenants since this has been a recurring issue for quite some time now.Property Manager Responded

Worst Nightmare
February 28, 2021Absolutely would not recommend this place. For the price and location I would expect a LOT better quality. Appliances are broken and do not work. Expect any packages and or mail to be stolen. No dog friendly areas, people's animals just poop and pee all over the sidewalks in the front and it is never cleaned up. Fire alarms constantly going off at random times and now for the next 4 days they will be testing the fire alarms all day from 9 am to 5 pm. Called to voice a complaint and a gentleman ...decided upon himself to hang up on me. I was not rude nor yelling, just expressing how upset I am that I have school from home and for the past 7 hours I have heard nothing but screeching def tone ringing in my ears. I will NOT be renewing my lease here and I will be sure to warn everyone that I can to stay away from this place! Oh and to add due to the cold weather we've had lately, if you like to take hot showers this is definitely NOT the place for you. The hot water does not last longer than 5 minutes till it turns ice cold. Zero water pressure.Property Manager Responded

Don't Move Here
February 19, 2021This community is so badly managed, its beyond comprehension. The property is relatively quite old, dirty and full of inconsiderate renters. You will regularly find animal waste around the property & pets roaming around with leash.Property Manager Responded

Great units, location and staff
October 8, 2020I love this apartment complex. First of all it’s close to everything(Whole foods, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, etc). The amenities in and around the complex are enough to sell anyone but this leasing team really gets it. Our leasing agent Daniella answered every question we had and took the time to explain everything. You can’t go wrong by leasing a place at IMT Uptown Post Oak!Property Manager Responded

Can't wait to come back!
November 8, 2019I came in on a tour and even though it was raining they were willing to show me around and show me all the amenities. I went on a tour with Daniela, but both her and her colleague Justin were super helpful in helping me find what I wanted. I felt a sense of community when we were in the office, and one of the residents came in and told me how he enjoys living here.
