The worst
February 17, 2022Out of date, management sucks, there is always an issue. Sewage backing up in the basement. Had no heat for over a month and was demanded rent. Old noisy appliances. Only been here a few months and want to MOVEProperty Manager Responded

GREAT PLACE!!!
September 29, 2020I have lived at Ivy Gates Apartments for over 6 years now and have just renewed my lease for another year. When I first moved in, I was in one of the smaller apartments... now I am in a 3 bedroom. Although it is an older community, for the cost, you get a lot of space. AND if you work for a preferred employer-- you get a discount on your rent!!! Other than moving to a larger unit, my rent has only been increased once since I have been here. The maintenance staff is courteous and professional. ...When I call or stop by the office (have to make appointments now due to COVID)... but, I am always greeted by my name and Bernice is very helpful with any of my needs. The property overall is always kept clean. I had a few maintenance problems but it is addressed in a timely manner. I would recommend these apartments to any one looking for a nice place to live at reasonable rates.Property Manager Responded

A nice place to call home
August 25, 2016I just moved in 2 weeks ago, and already I can tell i'm really going to love being here. The apartment homes are very spacious, and the staff is amazing!
