DO NOT RENT HERE: 3-Month Maintenance Nightmare (ZERO Compensation)
November 15, 2025I am a current resident and I urge you to look elsewhere. 3 MONTHS WITHOUT KITCHEN LIGHTS (Aug 2025 - Oct 2025). This is a failure of basic living conditions. Management allowed this critical issue to drag on for nearly 90 days. ZERO COMPENSATION. They offer no financial relief for this extreme inconvenience. WORST MANAGEMENT & COMMUNICATION. Expect to wait weeks for any serious request to be addressed. The front desk staff are kind, but the management team is effectively non-existent and ...completely ineffective.
