No AC all summer

I have gone 2 months without properly working AC at the complex and both maintenance and the front office have done nothing to help the issue. Went on a trip for 4 days and since the AC was not working it smelled of mold when I came back. We had to buy a fan of our own to help with the surging temperatures of summer in Florida. They have offered no compensation whatsoever. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

We understand that a portable AC unit was provided as a temporary measure while the necessary repairs were being addressed. While we’re glad, we were able to provide some relief, we also understand that a portable unit is not a permanent solution or a substitute for a fully functioning AC system.
