September 19, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comThe Icon in St. Louis continue to be more and more disappointing. The internet has gone out for over 2 weeks total this year, and they promised us an upgrade. The upgrade was actually an outsource, and it's more unstable than ever before. The hallways are filthy are flies are all over the building. The parking garage remains unsecure. Quality is going down as rent goes up, and management is regularly cavalier and unhelpful when they're actually available.Property Manager Responded
