August 2, 2024Great renovations for an older building i moved in 2 weeks ago despite the minor issues i had the staff quickly resolved them this says a lot about the staff. After reading the reviews and realize every place have issues so i made my own decision and took a chance glad i did what a wonderful community and staff this it what makes the difference people. Terrible
June 8, 2024If you’re reading this, close out Idlewild 45s apartment page and find another one. The staff here treats you like you are a child, and a burden to have living here. “Fully renovated” means they slapped some on some paint and added some new appliances. Didn’t bother taking care of the roach infestation here. We have roaches in our sinks, bath tubs, living room, and even inside of our dishwasher on our clean dishes which is great. All in all, 0/10 experience and me and my wife cannot wait until ...our lease is up and can put this place behind us. My wife has sent emails asking to resolve issues and gets no response. Worst Nightmare
May 13, 2023Living here was the worst 4 months imaginable. The building is extremely old and past the point of return, the renovations can’t save this place. The roaches, plumbing issues, mold, foul smell, and crime are just a few of the reasons I had to break my lease here. Two weeks before my lease was up, my car was stolen. Please be cautious of this horrible place. Do not sign a lease here. The leasing manager has her family/friends write false reviews! This explains the high rating. Don’t move here.
January 4, 2023Communication sucks. The people in the office don’t get back to you in a decent time. Car break ins every other night. Shootings near by. Open doors in the back to where anyone can walk in…elevators are always broken. There is always a smell. Maintenance doesn’t do a good job. The washer room is also terrible. Clothes don’t wash all the way and the machines are down every other day. There’s a door that stays open 24/7 near the stairways.Review from Apartments.com
