ROACH INFESTATIONS DON’T MOVE HERE. No matter how clean your are. Even if you put down traps or even set off raid bomb they’ll be back. I don’t recommend moving in these. They never answer your calls. They don’t care if you’re without maintenance. As of example our sink has been broken for a month now and they have done nothing about it. They can never keep a property manager all of them quit or get fired like as of right now I think we’re without one. The maintenance men HATE THEIR JOB! It’s ...

I love the office staff! They are very caring and understanding. I have been living at Idlewilde for almost 9 years and I have never had an issue with maintenance staff or the Office manager Tasha. She has been there since I moved in, and has never been anything but helpful and understanding. The staff treats you more like family than just residents. Great Apartments Great Staff!

To be honest I’m not the brightest at paper work. Even though I kept messing up and we had to start over twice, she had a very pleasant attitude..She also took out time to show me the 1 bedroom apartment because I was hesitant about the apt because I have to share a room with my 12 year old son.. If your looking into renting here, I advise you don't. The manger is rude, disrespectful, liar, and doesn't care about anything and anyone in this community. The other young lady that is there doesn't know anything, she always looks lost and doesn't know the answers to anything.
