ROACH INFESTATION HELL!
July 15, 2023ROACH INFESTATIONS DON’T MOVE HERE. No matter how clean your are. Even if you put down traps or even set off raid bomb they’ll be back. I don’t recommend moving in these. They never answer your calls. They don’t care if you’re without maintenance. As of example our sink has been broken for a month now and they have done nothing about it. They can never keep a property manager all of them quit or get fired like as of right now I think we’re without one. The maintenance men HATE THEIR JOB! It’s ...never a day they don’t have an attitude. The apartments are old. The carpet is dirty. Everything in the apartments looks like it’s been used by others thousands of times. I have been living at Idlewilde for almost 9 years and I have never had an issue with maintenance staff or the Office manager Tasha. She has been there since I moved in, and has never been anything but helpful and understanding. The staff treats you more like family than just residents. December 5, 2018Hello my name is Cherika Sariah, today I visited Idlewilde Apartments and decided to apply for a one bedroom. This lady by the name Malori was so patient with me. To be honest I’m not the brightest at paper work. Even though I kept messing up and we had to start over twice, she had a very pleasant attitude..She also took out time to show me the 1 bedroom apartment because I was hesitant about the apt because I have to share a room with my 12 year old son.. After her brilliant idea about a lay out ...bed for the dining area I was all in.. RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL
September 27, 2018If your looking into renting here, I advise you don't. The manger is rude, disrespectful, liar, and doesn't care about anything and anyone in this community. The other young lady that is there doesn't know anything, she always looks lost and doesn't know the answers to anything. Everything in my unit is broken and all I get is the run around of things. I talk to the manager and she obviously doesn't care. She gave me an attitude when I told her what's going on in my unit and said "oh well, these ...things take time." Like really...
