March 2, 2019If I could give zero stars I would. The apartment manager Joe is incapable of assisting tenants with complaints about maintenance. They don’t fix anything unless you go up to there office and put in a request. The office is Ogden & Company, Inc downtown about 15 to 20 minutes from the building. They will screw up your lease and say you owe more money and send you a 5 day notice. It happened to me. Nothing has been fixed since I’ve been here for a year. Do not rent from here, trust me go read the ...Ogden & Company reviews on Google before making your decision.
