The apartments themselves are nice, spacious, and have a good layout. Unfortunately, the quality of living has declined significantly over the past few years because of ongoing safety and security issues. There has been a continuous presence of gang activity in and around the property, along with people gathering in the parking lots late at night to blast loud music, drink, and throw parties that often continue into the early morning hours. The complex has also experienced repeated graffiti, ...

including on buildings and around the children's playground. Many residents have had to call the police multiple times because of the noise and disturbances, yet the problems continue. It's disappointing because the apartments have a lot of potential, but without stronger security and consistent enforcement of community rules, it no longer feels like a safe or peaceful place to live. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and invests in improving the safety and quality of life for the residents.
