Worst place we’ve lived
April 8, 2021Summer Brook was the absolute worse place we’ve lived. I don’t even know where to start. Laundry rooms are not well maintained or cleaned. I’ve had many pieces of clothing due to left over bleach on machines. The machines require a pay per use card. The machines to purchase cards and add money never work or do not have cards to disburse for new users. The laundry rooms are always full and people leave their clothes in the machine long after cycles have finished. The worst part of this ...complex is the apartment has termites. We reported it and had multiple instances. The unit wasn’t fumigate. The pest control company came and sprayed the ceiling where the termites were falling from the ceiling onto sour bed. This place is an absolute mess and cost too much for what you get. Also this place has no air conditioning. Find somewhere else to live. You won’t be sorry.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Worst apartment complex.
April 16, 2019If I could give it a zero I would. My clothes got stolen today while doing laundry; I tell the manager and all she does is give me a dumb found look basically saying there’s nothing she can do about it. Nobody is much help here other than the maintenance guy. These apartments are absolutely a waste of money. Don’t bother.Review from Apartments.com

August 18, 2015My boyfriend and I have only lived here for about 5 months and I can not wait to move. Thankfully he got orders up to pendleton so we I'll be leaving this place. First off the management is okay, they are very polite but when it comes to stuff going on around the property they seem a bit clueless. The maintenance guy sulks around and just gives me the creeps. The pool always has 10 little loud kids and I haven't seen them clean it more than once. The "gym" is a treadmill and a bike. If you have ...a pet It will get fleas, for some reason My dog, my friends dog, and from what I see on these reviews, other people's dogs have gotten fleas will here. The laundry facilities are okay when half the washers and dryers aren't working, people forget to take their stuff out all the time. You can get a 60$ fine for backing into your spot which is stupid. Neighbours are loud and have a dog that I feel so bad for because they leave him outside all day and night and it barks incessantly. I've told management and they said they would take care of it but it's still happening. One last thing is that if they need to come work on something in the house that requires the door to be open, they give you a notice a day before. For example our front door had to be painted one day and the painter just opened our door without knocking or anything. Then he left the door open, if we weren't home our house 2ould have been open for 2 hours with no one home, unsettling much? Oh did I mention the creep maintenance guy who will harass by trying to have a conversation with you by the mailboxes, laundry room or pool when you clearly show no intentions of having one? He will legit follow you. Not to mention the countless solicitors that will bang on your door until you answer and the bums that go thru the dumpsters. But it is close to 7-11 and coronado.
