BED BUGS
May 16, 2024My lease started 9 days ago and I am already looking for options to leave. The building is infested with bed bugs and management is extremely slow to respond. I've been forced to sleep in hotels in the meantime. My bed is ruined and I am incurring huge costs daily to deal with a problem they introduced to me. December 30, 2021I moved from Boston to get closer to work. The commute was horrible, so I looked at several apartments in the greater Worcester area. The woman who showed me the property was professional and super easy to work with in securing an apartment for me. The property is clean, well taken care of, and the staff are courteous and very helpful. Office shows like open but...
December 16, 2021I came with my wife today to visit the place and see how are the apartments availability and prices but when we opened the office door the woman who was in she locked the door in front of our face saying to office was closed not even asking if we wanted to come another time or if she could help us with anything. Ridiculous how someone who work to greet people could treat someone like that. Never come back anymore. Literally trash.Property Manager Responded
