April 11, 2025Very pleased with the service and professionalism Ms Ashley and the staff from the initial interaction, walkthrough and assistance with the whole process. No major issues or concerns during my move in date. Mr Q (maintenance) was there finishing up last min touches to the place and was great, respectful and took care of what was needed to be done in a timely manner. Poorly managed apartment complex
October 9, 2017Poor customer service staff. They are nice when they want you to sign the lease but run into so many issues starting on the day when I was suppose to receive possession of the place. 1- Lady at the desk was rude to begin with. They keys were not ready. Took her hours to get the keys ready, smiling in my face the whole time and not even apologetic. 2- The lock inside the bedroom was not functioning properly. Her response: "just play around with it to get to work". (by the way she is still ...smirking). Still did not work. 3- I told her that i will not take possession of the place and want my money back.
