Refuses to help when repairs are needed

We had a pest issue that they said stemmed from another location and they refused to help us unless we paid out of pocket for pest control despite the issue not being direct in unit. We’ve called for other issues plumbing and fridge and they say wait. Floors are loud and building is not secure

We happily cover the cost for pest-issues not sourced from the resident. We love it here. The apartments are very spacious. They are also updated. Everyone in the office is nice and Brianna is wonderful. If there is ever a problem, which does not happen often the maintenance guys are the best. No need to worry about anything it is great maintenance free living.
