        I have lived at Indian Creek Apartments for 3 years. I sold my house and wanted to move to an apartment. I looked all over Cincinnati. When I viewed Indian Creek apartments I was immediately sold. My unit has a fire place, 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It has granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Very updated. The outside grounds are always kept up and decorated beautifully for each season. Flowers planted every where. Maintenance is responsive and addressed promptly. Best decision ...

        I’ve lived in IC since 2009. I will say that the grounds are IMMACULATE - truly a sight to behold, especially in the spring & around the holidays. The pool & cabana are two tremendous highlights - it is truly “the resort life!” The maintenance turnaround time is second to none - very professional - Frank is the best!!! Vernell/security is fabulous & always goes above & beyond. The office staff are very, very helpful & timely in response. It’s a beautiful community; honestly, my only real ...
        complaints are fellow tenant-based, regarding noise & (some) pet negligence. Suggestions: I do wish there were some (much needed) updates to the midrises, as they are very old, but they are usually clean & nicely maintained. My overall review: B+! I’d definitely recommend IC, & I have! :)

        It is a great apartment complex in a great location with a great staff that is located in the Indian Hill Exempted Village School District which is the best high school in the State of Ohio and the Number 7 best high school in the United States!!!
