Going to miss Indian Ridge Apartments

Sad to leave!
June 2, 2024Had to move out of Indian Ridge due to general life reasons, but I wasn't ready to go! I would absolutely live at Indian Ridge again. I'll miss the the central location near stores, my gym, restaurants and the Duck Creek Trail. The wide open green spaces and easily accessible apartments, combined with the balconies and ample storage made for a great experience.Property Manager Responded

Would Live Here Again
May 17, 2023I loved living here!! Would still be living there if I hadn’t had a change in work assignments. The apartments are kept clean and pest free. Common areas are kept up and in good repair. Very quiet for the amount of units present. Maintenance staff is always on duty and responds to issues professionally and promptly. Office staff is friendly and great at answering questions and helping with opportunities. If you are worried about apartment living there is no need to worry here. 5/5 would totally ...live here again. I was sad to go actually. I usually don’t take the time to do reviews but the owners and staff of Indian Ridge totally deserve it.Property Manager Responded

Great place
January 30, 2023I moved to Iowa for grad school from out of state. Indian Ridge worked with me to quickly get me a place and get all the paperwork signed. My apartment was wonderful and maintenance always responded quickly. The management team was always very nice and helpful. This was my first apartment alone and it was great. The price is really good for the quality of the apartment and facilities at the complex. I would highly recommend this place for college students (they have a discount) and honestly ...anyone in general. There were a few issues with people smoking in the apartment building but that was quickly addressed and taken care of.Property Manager Responded

Moving in from out of state and lovin it!
September 11, 2022I have nothing but good things to say about this complex and it’s staff. I moved to Davenport from out of state and Keyshona was the first person I spoke to who showed me around the complex. I really liked the complex yet I did look at others. I felt that Indian ridge was a really good deal at a good price so I worked hard to get everything together and I went for it. Keyshona was always able to give me the information that I needed and gave me excellent customer service! Also only knowing a ...little about the city, Troy and Bryce were really friendly and was able to give some great recommendations for internet services. Our conversation was great! People here are really friendly and my place when I moved in was really nice and clean. If you are looking for a nice place and are moving here from out of state, I would highly recommend Baker apartment company in general and Indian ridge apartments.Property Manager Responded

Review after 2 years
June 12, 2022It would of been a 5 star review if not for a couple issues. The “no smoking” policy is definitely not enforced. Several times we contacted the office and even sent in photos of people hanging out in front of the doors smoking and nothing was done. The fridge in our apartment went out, we lost hundreds of dollars in food, was told to send in a list and they would work with us for damages. That was the last I heard even after the list was sent and several calls made. The last was an air ...conditioner that went out. It took almost 2 weeks to get it fixed…. Was told to just leave it continuously running on fan to try to help keep the apartment “cool”. The electric bill doubled and we are stuck paying it because they couldn’t fix it.Property Manager Responded

We also reimburse residents if they lose food due to a refrigerator malfunction. If you would like to contact us again, we are happy to look into it if you still have your food receipts. Great Move in Experience
September 19, 2021For my first apartment and the first time out on my own I have to say that Indian Ridge was a positive experience for me. The staff are very helpful and with their regulations along with 24 hour on site maintenance I have peace of mind when I enter my apartment each night. March 20, 2021I lived there for 6 years and the only reason I left was because I moved out of state. Great staff. Helpful and friendly. Maintenance does a very good job.
