I lived in Indian Springs for quite some time, I had issues with my unit, including black mold that developed in my kitchen and bathroom from a bathroom leak from the unit upstairs, nothing was done from the main owner after several requests to fix the problem, a definite health risk, which caused me to move. Also, numerous tenants were doing hard drugs, dealing drugs, there was a shooting in the parking lot causing a young gentleman to lose his life, and numerous cockroach problems at all times. ...

I do not recommend living there, it is just not a safe, healthy place to live anymore unfortunately.
