My husband and I lived at Wish Village for 3 years. We loved our time there and only moved out because we moved to another state. We loved the size of our apartment and that it had a backyard in the fact that it faced Meijer. Speaking of Meijer, this apartment is in a great location for walking to Meijer, Planet Fitness, Tires Plus, Dollar Tree, and even Krogers (if you want to cross a busier street). Been here 6 months. No issues. Robin in the office is really nice and helpful. My apt overlooks a field- so it has a country feel to it. Maintenance is prompt too. Great price for a 2 bedroom .

Our time at Wish Village was frustrating at best. The apartment itself was fine, big rooms, oversized master closet, clean and pet friendly! The location is close to tons of restaurants and stores, and the grounds are well maintained. But the management and maintenance need serious help. We were without a kitchen sink for over two months, even after several calls and emails. Our neighbor on the first floor left because they didn't fix her walk out sliding door lock in a timely manner and ...
felt unsafe in her home. When we renewed our lease we were supposed to get a free carpet cleaning that never happened. The property manager also rarely answers her phone or returns messages. If you're willing to overlook doing some of your own repairs and putting up with mediocre property management, this apartment complex is for you!
