LIES AND STUPIDITY
July 18, 2023We came and looked at these apartments, saw the demo for the townhouse and loved it. I expressed my concern from previous apartments that we lived in and they assured us that everything would look like the demo townhouse (no issues like mold, bugs, etc) but it did not. On move in day (because they did not allow us to see our rental until then) was terrible. Decaying wood, mold, water spots, dirt, the sink which was dangling off the wall by a thread, no lights at all, broken glass between the ...window panels. Everything went wrong. We told them how disgusting it was and they only told us it could all be fixed in about 6 months! We asked and waited 3 months for a full refund for move in costs and never went back.Property Manager Responded

negative a million stars
May 10, 2022maintenance requests repeatedly ignored. had unsafe broken door for over 10 months until i had a contractor fix it myself. water leaks not addressed. no heat for weeks at a time. given no move out instructions. billed over 2k in rent upon move out despite giving proper notice in retaliation for complaining about maintenance and the neighbors subwoofers going nonstop 18 hours a day 6 days a week. please save yourself the time money and frustration and look elsewhere. billiard green and foxfire ...both have two bedroom units and will at least treat you kindlyRead MoreReview from Apartments.com

Just no.
March 11, 2019This place is a joke. No hot water for 5 days. The office didn't care ans yes they we're notified multiple times. My husband even went up to the office to ask for help (again) they said they'd send someone down. After a while of waiting and then finding out the heat was gone he went up there again. This isn't the first time they have put trying to get a other tennant in before the safety of residents. Every time you turn around something is broken. Cheap fix. Rude management. Lies all around so ...we give up trying to talk to anyone. If you need help just get ahold of maintenance directly they are awesome guys. I could go on about how horrible this place is. Other complexes we have looked into has even heard the horror stories from past residents. Rude staff. They go through your house and things without notice. I'm talking personal things too not just in general. Gross!! Poor parks poor everything falling apart and needing updates. Lazy.Property Manager Responded

Great place to live
June 28, 2016We are 7 year residents of Indian Woods and have enjoyed living here very much. Great maintenance crew and the ladies in the office are always ready to help.Anytime we had a issue (clog drain, a/c, whatever) the maintenance crew was always quick to respond The nature just outside your back door can be enjoyed for hours from the ducks to my favorite the blue herons fishing. We have made many friends over the years at Indian Woods and it truly is a community. My wife and I have purchased a home ...and soon we will be leaving Indian Woods but would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an apartment. You will not be disappointed. terrible, i wish i could give no stars
June 8, 2016I wouldnt recommend anyone to live here. I have to carry a bag daily of all my valuables and mine and my sons medications. due to the fact a worker, working on my dishwasher went through my medicine cabinet and my sons medicine and stealing the medication. So daily I take it all with me wherever I go along with valuables. terrible place to live.Review from Apartments.com
