March 24, 2025I've been to several properties and Indigo Plantation is by far my favorite . Its very secluded and the property its self is Beautiful. The Goods and Bads
December 11, 2023It’s a very decent place to live. It has the essentials of what you want in an apartment. The location is close to everywhere you need to go in the city of daytona or ormond, as everything is under 25 mins away. Now the bad, you will probably never park near your apartment building as there is constantly people coming or going. Most of whom don’t live here. If you live under someone, you’d contemplate moving everyday as no one seems to have respect for anyone under them. Or the floors and ...ceilings are too thin. People always park in handicap spots, in the grass, prolly in your living room if they can since management does not care to enforce any of the rules they have. Drive carefully, people pull out of spots without a care in the world and and speed at least 2x over the posted 15mph limit. There will be dog poop in the grass by your apartment. You will see raccoons, armadillos, and possums if you leave to go get a late night snack. It is hard to get in touch with management. You will sometimes have roaches and fruit flies because the pest man have been here once every 6 months.Property Manager Responded

It’s nice sometimes.
July 13, 2022I like living here some days, but on other days… there’s too many loud people that doesn’t respect other tenants. I understand there’s going to be loud people everywhere but when it says no loud music, turn your music DOWN. No one wants to listen to your loud bass booming in their home. Especially if they work nights and get cranky easily. Other than that, no complaints. :)Review from Apartments.com
WORST NIGHTMARE
February 1, 2022This apartment complex is your WORST nightmare! They’re everything you hope to avoid. They’re INFESTED with roaches, pest control sprays with water, and the LEASING MANAGER will ignore you, as well as the two birds in the front office. There’s trees everywhere dripping with tree sap so that means buy a car cover or have to pay for a new paint job later. NONE of the dryers and washers ever work in the tiny laundry room they have. Maintenance will hit on you, your apartment will smell like weed and ...cigarettes when you move in and it never goes away. I’d give it 0 stars if I could.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
