Devin is the best maintenance man (brought here by Atlantic Residential) from Chicago. He should be the maintenance manager. The current maintenance manager (Rafael) checked out when the 3rd apartment manager took over. Appears to be going rogue which many longtime residents have noticed. Unsafe to live here! The amenities are always well kept, the building and ground are always pristine. Emilia and Alexandra at the leasing office are always very welcoming and helpful. If it were up to me I’d live here permanently. The location can’t be any better! Downtown is just minutes away and so is the airport. I can’t say enough good things about this place! Definitely my best ...experience in an apartment rental. I chose this place without even visiting in person! I was relocating from DC and did everything online and over the phone. Everything turned out to be even more amazing in person. This is definitely the best place to live in WPB hands down!
